Designed by Walter H. Phipps of the Steel Constructed Aeroplanes Co, NY. Constructed by the Polson Iron Works, Toronto, Canada. Three people formed the M.F.P company: J.B. Miller, Walter L. Fairchild, Walter H. Phipps
